The educational and analytical Centre of Excellence in Procurement of the Kyiv School of Economics is:

• 100+ organisations whose procurement professionals have completed our training (Delta Wilmar, Into-Sana, Galnaftogaz, Naftogaz, DTEK, Boryspil International Airport, Ukrenergo, Ukrposhta, Ukrzaliznytsia, Energoatom, and others)

• Over 10,000 unique monthly users of our digital procurement tools
• 5 years of collaboration with USAID, EBRD, OCP, Ukrenergo, and the governments of Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, and Lebanon. 10+ proposed changes to ProZorro and procurement regulation

The Centre of Excellence in Procurement of the Kyiv School of Economics (CEP) was established within the USAID/UK aid "Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS" project.

Our mission is to enhance the professionalism of procurement functions in public and private organisations through analytical research and the implementation of effective training programs with the best global and Ukrainian procurement experts, using the world's most effective adult learning format — blended learning.
